This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Qsoft - Quality Systems and software. ("Qsoft ")
The software programs ("the SOFTWARE") provided by Qsoft are licensed by Qsoft to the original customer.
Please read this license agreement.
USING THE SOFTWARE INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE LICENSE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE LICENSE TERMS, YOU MAY RETURN THE SOFTWARE FOR A FULL REFUND (Within 30 days).
1. License. This Agreement grants you, the Licensee, a license to:
(a) Use the Software on a single computer system or, in the case of a multi-user or networked system which permits access to the software by more than one user at the same time, at a single working location. (Number of users i in accordance with the customer order)
(b) Make one copy of the Software in machine readable form solely for back-up purposes provided you reproduce Qsoft copyright proprietary legends.

2. Restrictions. You may not distribute copies of the Software to others or electronically transfer the Software from one computer to another over a network. You may not use the Software from multiple locations of a multi-user or networked system at any time. The Software contains trade secrets and in order to protect them you may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Software to a human-perceivable form. YOU MAY NOT MODIFY, ADAPT, TRANSLATE, RENT, LEASE, LOAN, RESELL FOR PROFIT, DISTRIBUTE, NETWORK OR CREATE DERIVATIVE WORKS BASED UPON THE SOFTWARE OR ANY PART THEREOF.

3. COPYRIGHT: The SOFTWARE is owned by Qsoft -Quality Systems and software. and is protected by the Israel copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Qsoft warrants only that the media upon which the Software is furnished will be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to you. Qsoft DOES NOT AND CANNOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN BY USING THE SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION.
Qsoft MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AS TO NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
The entire liability of Qsoft shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the SOFTWARE.
Qsoft. and its licensors, distributors, dealers, or suppliers are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages
IN NO EVENT WILL Qsoft BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, DATA, EMPLOYEES WORK HOURS, LOST SAVINGS, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF Qsoft HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.
Some states do not allow the limitation and/or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

5. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement contains the entire agreement and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written.
